Promoting and encouraging careers for women engineers
The Ambassadrices program run by the Institut Mines-Télécom and the Fondation Mines-Télécom aims to raise awareness of engineering studies among secondary school girls. The aim is to help them discover the career options available to them as early as possible, through a variety of activities, and to break down any preconceived ideas that may exist. An inspiring scheme designed to encourage young girls to embark on engineering careers.
The aim is clear: to attract more women to scientific and technical studies, and thus create a better gender mix. IMT Mines Albi is proud to support this initiative, which opens doors, breaks down stereotypes and opens up new perspectives for young girls! In all, more than thirty students from the Fondation Mines-Télécom engineering schools are involved in this initiative: IMT Atlantique, IMT Mines Albi, IMT Mines Alès, IMT Nord Europe, Mines Saint-Etienne, Télécom Paris and Télécom SudParis.
